彼も二回目ですかね。いつも思うんですが、テキサスっ子らしい名前だと思うんです。べつにテキサス風の名前なのかどうなのか良く知りませんが、そういう音感なのですよ、単にね。本日６月７日にまた無料ダウンロード本が入ってきました。その中にちょっとおもしろいセリフがあったので紹介しておきましょう。原書はこちらからダウンロードをどうぞ。
題して、「イーメールを送って金銭を手に入れる方法」
メールやプロダクツの広告を送信する場合には、それなりの反応を得なければ準備の甲斐がありません。そのための事前対策を思いつくままに羅列すると、
1. メールのタイトルやページのヘッドラインに、はっきりとオファーの利点を記述すること。格好をつけるところではありません。ユーザーの利点（What in it for me＝ WIFM）を説明していただきたい。
2. 締め切り前に何らかのアクションを取っていただいたお客さまには特別ボーナスを準備しておくこと。７２時間から５日間の期限を設定することにより、何度も成功しているとサンダースは言っています。期限前には必ずメールを配信することです。期限の緊急性がよりうまく伝えられます。
3. 無料でオファーするプロダクツの価値を盛り上げること。無料だからといって全員が欲しがるわけではありません。その価値をアピールしてこそ、価値あるオファーになるのであります。勘違いしないようにあえて申し上げておきます。
4. メールを送るときには、友人としてお客さまに情報をさしあげるのだ、という気持ちが必要です。少なくともリスト全員のうちの一人、として扱うようなメールサブジェクトならば、誰一人としてメールを開きもしないでしょう。
5. 価値ある情報をさしあげること。単なるセールストークは嫌われます。セールストークを続けるならば、誰一人耳を貸してくれなくなる紐そう遠いことではありません。
6. メールを無視されているならば、これまでこれと言った価値ある情報をお贈りしてはいないことの証明です。コンテンツをきっちりつくりましょう。そのためのブレインストーミングも実行することです。受け手にメリットのある情報、コンテンツをさし上げてください。メールを開かずにはいられない、と感じていただけるような内容を吟味して続けなければいけません。
7. そしてこの場合の無料オファーは情報です。物品ではありません。くれぐれも勘違いせぬように。
先日紹介したと思いますが、高橋廣さんの「売りたい営業マンは訪問するな！」を読み返していました。同じことが書いてあります。洋の東西を問わずビジネスの基本は同じなんです。高橋さんはもっと分かりやすい言葉を使っています。「２ステップアプローチ」ねっ？これのほうが分かりやすいでしょ?
まずギフトでこちらを向いてもらい、じっくり時間をかけて信頼関係を築き、そしてお客さまになっていただく。何事も一朝一夕には出来上らないと言うことですよ、結局は・・・。
それでコツコツやるにはローカル・マーケットがよろしい。それがぼくの結論です。
